SUNDAYS

Prayer group: The second and fourth Sunday of every month at 9 a.m., right before Sunday Service.

Sunday Service: Worship in song and prayer before the weekly scripture message.

Fellowship Dinner: The first Sunday of every month, bring a dish to share following service.

Kingdom Kids Sunday: Kindergarten-6th grade: A journey through the Bible and getting fitted for the Armor of God.

Little Kingdom Kids Sunday:  Age 3 – PreK:  “A to Z Thru the Bible” – learning a new Bible story for each letter of the alphabet!

Youth Group Sunday: Exploring  real-life challenges—pressure, identity, friendship, school, online life, and mental health—using a distinctly biblical lens.

Adult Fellowship Hour: A relaxed time of connection and conversation over coffee and light refreshments. This is a great opportunity for all adults—especially parents of kids in Kingdom Kids and Youth Group to get plugged in. 

Young Adult Small Group: 6 p.m. Sunday evenings at 708 Irving Ave. SW in Wadena, this group is for anyone post–high school through around age 40—whether you’re single, married, or raising kids. Studying the book of James, featuring video teaching from Matt Chandler. Talk to Jordan Heisler.
 
WEDNESDAYS
 

Small Group: 1 p.m. at church. Starting with Kyle Idleman’s five-session course, “Every Thought Captive.” 

DINE & DIG (5-6 P.M.) A simple, satisfying meal served in the foyer to keep you fueled for an evening of study. 

Kingdom Kids – Kingdom Kids Wednesday (6-7:30) Kindergarten-6th grade: Finishing up “What’s in the Bible?” with the last volume titled “God’s Kingdom Come”. 

Youth Group: (6-7:30) The curriculum will focus on equipping our students with biblical truths and emotional resilience to navigate complex issues. Topics may include confronting thoughts of self-harm and suicidal ideation, understanding the spiritual and legal consequences of breaking civil laws, addressing the pain of verbal and emotional abuse… especially from family, guardians, and authority figures, as well as the dangers and temptations surrounding underage drinking. 

Church History in Plain Language: (6-7:30) The text for this course has an accompanying workbook that will be used during class to facilitate “discussion” of each topic. Come prepared to participate in the discussion. The workbook will guide you in the topics to be discussed each week so that you can prepare for class.

Brush Up on the Bible: (6-7:30) This is a course designed for people old and new to Christianity who want to learn about or brush up on what the Bible has to teach about a variety of topics. 

Ladies Group: (6-7:30) This fall, the group will begin a new study: The Awe of God by John Bevere. This study explores what it means to have a healthy, reverent fear of God—not one rooted in dread, but in awe of His holiness and majesty.

Supper Club: The last Friday of each month adults meet at a local restaurant for good food, fellowhip and a load of laughs. 

Soul Sisters: An online group through Messenger that keeps ladies in touch with one another, sharing prayer requests and concerns.
